West Wight Triathlon

                           

Jack Grundy Wight tri triathlete sponsored by Beco Design competed in the West Wight Triathlon at West Wight sports center in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. The competition is the largest triathlon event on the island and consists of a 600m pool swim a 35k bike ride along the steep coastal road and a 7.5k run on a bridleway at the side of the Yar estuary. Jacks overall time was 1hr 39m 16s, this gave him a finishing position of first junior and 3rd male overall. Jack was really pleased with his performance especially as he completed the course without getting a puncture.
