A great finish in 20th place
Isle of Wight Triathlete Jack Grundy, sponsored by BECO Design Print Web, travelled to Draycote water in Warwickshire on Friday the 13th April to compete in the National Duathlon Champs. The course consisted of a 5k run 24k bike and a 3k run.

This was Jacks first mainland competition of the season and he was competing against elite athletes from around the UK. He completed the course in 1.06.24 and finished in 20th place.

This was an excellent start to the year and gave Jack an opportunity to gauge his performance against the best junior athletes in the country.
