Result: fourth in the mens and first in the juniors
Weather: warm and dry with no wind

Ground: dry

Distance: 8 miles

The race took place with around fifity competitors and lots of mainland clubs attended.

The route consisted of Golden Hill Fort, Headen Warren and then on to Tennyson Down.

Overall I am pleased with the race, but I started off too fast, but held on well.

I improved on the time from last year and it was a personal best.
