National Duathlon Championships - 13 April 2007 - completed the course in 1.06.04 and finished in 20th place.

08.04.2007: Three Hill Killer, West Wight, Isle of Wight
 Three Hill Killer, West Wight, Isle of Wight - I came fourth in the mens and first in the junior.

24.03.2007:  National Cross county  Championships, Leeds
National Cross Country Championships, Leeds: I came 190th out of over 400 athletes; however, this was amongst adult competitors. It was a 6K race.
